The past couple months have seen Compassionate Community Care travelling across Canada landing in Delta, Vancouver, and William’s Lake, British Columbia and Deloraine, Manitoba. These trips included various speaking events, online recorded trainings, and thoughtful takeaways and effective strategies to share with you and for your communities.

Being With My Story Visitor's Training in Vancouver, BC

CCC recently hosted a live in-person and online volunteer visitor's training in Vancouver BC. Many joined us remotely from around Canada and the world and many more in person to hear this important information and obtain the resources to be dedicated volunteer visitors. Watch this training here.

Annual Dinner and Talk in Deloraine, Manitoba hosts over 150 guests

CCC presents on the importance of visiting in your community!

Thanks to the Southwest Manitoba Prolife Group we met with and spoke to over 150 guests at their annual dinner and talk.

CCC was also invited to a special meet and greet and roundtable event at a local Deloraine hospital hosting health care professionals, dedicated members, and local palliative care volunteers.

Deacon Murray Teetaert, shows off a butterfly magnet, sharing the support local dedicated volunteers provide families and individuals in need in Deloraine, Manitoba.

Amazing initiatives and more were shared among these recognized leaders and committed citizens, they include: sewing quilts for every person who is in palliative care, ongoing visiting for those in need, senior teas, past Christmas dinners, and more.
